Social Transition 2008 FORUM MNE Podgorica 14,993€ Work of a youth club in local community Konik in Podgorica, which offers programs for youth Roma people for quality spending of their free time and, at the same time, work on rising of awareness and empowering youth to be active members of their communities.
Social Transition 2008 Paraplegics Association Pljevlja Pljevlja 14,060€ Counselling services for persons with disabilities, with engagement of a psychologist, doctor (general practice specialist) and lawyer; the project also encompasses arts and crafts workshops for the disabled, with workshops products sold at exhibitions.
Social Transition 2008 SOS Helpline for women and children victims of violence Niksic 14,995€ Development of support mechanisms to Roma women, single mothers and women refugees, in the process of employment, though a non-formal agency service. This non-formal agency actively advocates for/represent interests of these vulnerable groups of women, and invest efforts into assisting them in finding a job, at the same time providing courses in handicrafts.
Social Transition 2008 Heart (Association of the handicapped) Mojkovac 5,708€ Information and education  campaign on the rights of the disabled.
Social Transition 2008 Safe Women’s House Podgorica 14,020€ With activities and provision of services that Shelter extends, to cover those areas of help which are not provided by state institutions; provide beneficiaries with better social care and participation in social life through counselling, support, mediation during contacts with institutions and safe accommodation.
Social Transition 2008 SOS Helpline for women and children victims of violence Berane 14,579€ Establishment and work of the multi-disciplinary team in the local community, which would provide concrete help and support to the victims of violence.
Social Transition 2008 Revival Niksic 16,300€ The project provides services to PAS addicts (psycho-active substances), through self-support groups, with a focus on motivating beneficiaries to start detoxication and rehabilitation process in some of the centers Preporod cooperates with, both in the country and region. Efforts are also invested into improving cooperation among relevant actors and insitutions in the country, as well as into informing public on substance abuse.
Social Transition 2008 ADP ZID Podgorica 14,870€ Creation of volunteer service  for organized volunteer work of parents, development of structure that would ensure participation of international and local volunteers in realization of educational and out of classroom activities of handicapped youth as well as development of volunteer club that would help youth in active participation in community, additional education and rise of self-confidence.
Citizen Action 2008 Viva Vita Pljevlja 4,000€ The project addresses pollution in one of the communities in Pljevlja, and illegal garbage dumping; activities include awareness raising campaign, education workshops, clean-up campaign, etc.
Citizen Action 2008 Non-formal group of citizens: “Green Agenda” Working group Mojkovac 3,990€ This group of citizens beautified a devastated area that used to be a park, and made it a place where citizens of Mojkovac would enjoy coming to in their spare time. The project involved a number of stakeholders, ensuring significant local contribution to the project.
Citizen Action 2008 ALFA Center Niksic 4,010€ The project addressed traffic safety in Niksic, aiming to resolve certain problems; citizens were actively engaged through a number of activies, including signing a petition  sumbitted to the local parliament, with proposals how to solve some of traffic problems in the commuinty.
Citizen Action 2008 Non-formal group of citizens: “Natural heritage and resources” Working group Niksic 3,778€ Pollution of a river that flows through Niksic is problem this non-formal group of citizens adressed; activities encompassed education, media campaign, clean-up action, meetings with relevant stakeholders, a public debate through a forum – all to seek a sustainable sollution to a problem in one of the most polluted towns in Montenegro.
