Social Transition 2009 Organisation of the Blind of Niksic, Savnik i Pluzine Niksic 19,985€ Personal assistance pilot project: support to and empowerment of the disabled persons, for active participation in social life, through introduction of personal assistance services. The project will serve as a model of this service provision to the disabled people, particularly with regards to the implementation of activities from the local action plan for disabled people (adopted by Niksic local government).
Social Transition 2009 Pljevlja Women’s Space (Pljevaljski zenski prostor) Pljevlja 14,975€  Initiation of Centre for support to families of drug addicts, through information, education, counselling and work of SOS helpline.
Social Transition 2009 RETO center Danilovgrad 5,000€ Purchase of tools for work in agriculture, which is part of work therapy in this rehabilitation center for drug addicts.
Social Transition 2009 Children First Podgorica 14,900€ Confidential Telephone is the project which provides a spectrum of social care to neglected and abused children, in addition to phone counseling. The organization gathers team of professionals with years of relevant experience and expertise in working with this very sensitive target group
Social Transition 2009 ENFANTS Rozaje 8,480€ Training in tailoring, knitting, sewing  for Roma women in Berane (settlements Talum and Riverside) – empowerment of Roma population through workshops and creating possibilities for their self-employment.
Social Transition 2009 4LIFE Podgorica 4,020€ Support to PAS (psycho-active substances) addicts through group therapy sessions, using Twelve steps program. Focus of the project is on motivating addicts to start detoxication and rehabilitation process
Social Transition 2009 Home of Hope Podgorica 3,480€ Additional funds for a project of temporary shelter and accommodation to single and unmarried mothers with their children.
Citizen Action 2009 Women Organization Phoenix Berane 3,790€ The project aims at improving the situation of single and unmarried mothers and Roma women ( rights of single and unmarried mothers, education of target groups, free legal assistance).
Citizen Action 2009 Humanitarian Niksic 3,927€ The project addresses pollution caused by the Steel plant in Niksic, which seriously affects public health. Activities include door-to-door campaign, public awareness raising, petition signing, 2 public gatherings of citizens, meetings with relevant stakeholders, and media campaign.
Citizen Action 2009 Association of Parents of Montenegro Podgorica 4,000€ The project encourages and supports community mobilization in addressing needs of local schools in 3 local communities near Podgorica; it promotes corporate social responsibility and aims to engage local businesses in supporting improvement of school conditions. Activities include: round table with relevant stakeholders s workshops with 3 local Parent Councils and schools’ management, presentation of the results, i.e. action plans to wider community and local businesses, fundraising event, and media campaign.
Citizen Action 2009 Parent Council of Primary School “Mustafa Pecanin” Rozaje 3,465€ “Be a Friend” is an initative of a local school Parent Council (PC) in Rozaje, a small town in an underdeveloped area of Montenegro. Seeking a way to respond to increase of peer violence among their children, this PC decided to promote solidarity and friendship. Together with their children, they take part in activities such as: monthly election of a best friend among schoolchildren and teacher of the month, sport games, performance called “Friendship Wreath”, minor repairs and beautification of the school yard.
Citizen Action 2009 Runolist Rozaje 2,388€ The project combines workshops on ecology and healthy life styles, eco-camp in the mountains for high school students, and clean-up actions in Rozaje and its beautiful surrounding area –  natural wealth and resources that need much better care in order to be preserved.
Citizen Action 2009 Natura Kolasin 4,000€ “You should do something to prevent waste becoming a problem'” is a project on selective waste disposal, encompassing public informing and awareness raising, workshops with primary and high school students, cooperation with relevant local institutions and public utilities company, and media promotion. It also involves actions of collecting, selecting and disposing of waste in accordance with newly introduced standards and rules.
Citizen Action 2009 Healthy food production Niksic 4,000€ Project ’’Youth for everyone in community’’ promotes and supports participation of youth in the community of Zupa Niksicka, through renovation and forming Youth Culture Center and providing the space for work, organizing cultural and sport manifestations.
Citizen Action 2009 To vivify village Pljevlja 3,032€ The project brings together children from urban and rural areas of Pljevlja, providing opportunities for introducing them to the beauties of the countryside, visiting the most significant town institutions (such as the local parliament), expressing their talents through arts and drama competitions, etc.
Citizen Action 2009 Hope-Herceg Novi Herceg Novi 3,989€ Renovation and beautification of a school playground, with active participation and contribution of the local community (parents, teachers, children, local businesses, etc.)
Citizen Action 2009 Green Home Podgorica 4,000€ The project addresses the problem of waste disposal in the village of Seoca, in the municipality of Bar. The problem was created due to lack of waste disposal containers, which also created illegal dumps and practically raised the issue of sustainable use of tourism potential in this area. Clean-up actions were organized, mobilizing local population and NGO, and 5 containers placed.
Citizen Action 2009 Healthy Dona Montenegrina Podgorica 4,037€ The project targets women with breast cancer, through raising awareness on importance of nutrition and physical activity (in early treatment stage) through offering user-friendly information and recommendations about nutrition and physical activity, psychological counselling, and by securing support to women with breast cancer.
Citizen Action 2009 Proscenium Danilovgrad 4,000€ Project “My story” includes artistic workshops and making a theatre play in so-called ‘Children and Youth Correctional Institution Ljubović’ where minor offenders are placed by court’s decision. The project is innovative for Montenegro, enabling this very sensitive and marginalized group to express themselves through art/theatre, to engage meaningfully, and potentially tell their own private stories through the play…
Citizen Action 2009 Non-formal group of citizens “APEL” Niksic 4,003€ Theatre play “Non-Existing Life”, tells the sad story of a drug addict and his family, with emphasis on the consequences substance abuse has on a family.
Citizen Action 2009 Kompas Kotor 3,460€ The project “Youth Fund” is a project aiming to influence the local government of Kotor regaring establishment of a fund to support projects of young people. Project focus is on information, education and support to young people in taking more proactive approach towards addressing issues young people face in their community.
Citizen Action 2009 Youth for You Cetinje 4,001€ Encouraging young people to actively participate in the development of the community and society to which they belong, through organizing a series of public events, which create space for active, talented and creative young people to express their potential. Activities encompass workshops with young people, writing and implementation of small projects.
