Youth 2010 FORUM MNE Rozaje 3,697€ The project “Get involved” is managed by Forum MNE volunteers from Rozaje Gimnazium. The project aims to create conditions for social inclusion of youth with disabilities in the Municipality of Rozaje, provide their public appearance, improve their communication with young people from the local community and break existing prejudices about them. Technical assistance to youth volunteers.
Youth 2010 Proactive Bijelo Polje 3,700€ The project “Let it be the Rock” is managed by Proactive volunteers from three different secondary schools and Faculty of Law from Bijelo Polje. The project aims to enrich the social environment in Bijelo Polje with rock culture, inform young people about the rock culture and encourage them to actively express their views on different aspects of urban culture.
Youth 2010 ADP ZID Podgorica 3,700€ The project “Nature will survive without us, what about the other way?” is managed by ADP ZID volunteers from four different secondary schools from Podgorica (including Institute for education and profesional rehabilitation of hendicaped children). The project aims to increase the level of awareness of young people and the wider community about the importance of recycling and the possibilities of utilization of waste materials.
Local community advocacy program 2010 SOS helpline for women and children victims of violence Podgorica 3,000€ The project advocate for free legal assistance to vulnerable groups by the Municipality of Podgorica. The project aims to make amendments to the Decision on regulation of  legal aid services of the Municipality of Podgorica that defines that vulnerable groups have to pay 50% of attorney fees for the legal aid provided by the Municipality service.
Local community advocacy program 2010 Survival Pljevlja 2,475€ The project targets responsible institutions (Ministry for spatial planning and environment, the Municipal Assembly in Pljevlja and Elektroprivreda Montenegro) to implement legislation related to environmental protection, in determining the new location in Pljevlja to dump the ash and slag, as well as to chose new technologies for the new block of the Thermo Plant.
Local community advocacy program 2010 Women alliance for Niksic development Niksic 2,420€ The project aims to increase transparency of local government and improve citizens’ participation in decision-making, through establishment of the information center in the local government.
Local community advocacy program 2010 Paths Podgorica 2,675€ The project aims to encourage opening of the Day Center for children with disabilities in Podgorica.
Local community advocacy program 2010 Office for prevention of drug addiction Kotor 2,539€ The project will advocate for implementation of the prohibition of access to young people in places where there is a possibility for gambling, in order to improve the healthy lifestyles of young people in the municipality of Kotor.
Local community advocacy program 2010 SOS helpline for women and children victims of violence Niksic 3,000€ Advocacy campaign under title Community against trafficking and prostitution in the Municipality of Niksic.
One of the project goals is to create Declaration on the fight against trafficking and prostitution and SOS Niksic will offer this as a model that can be replicated in other municipalities in Montenegro, taking into account the specific circumstances of each municipality.

Social Transition 2010 Revival Niksic 16,290€ Individual and group counseling for rehabilitated addicts and prisoners; informal education and vocational training.
Social Transition 2010 SOS helpline for women and children victims of violence Niksic 11,877€ Increasing the level of social inclusion through empowerment of women, members of minority groups to find a way out of socio – economic insecurity and inequality through the establishment of socio – economic services.
Social Transition 2010 Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro Podgorica 15,593€ Improving the conditions for higher education of students with disabilities, providing personal assistance to students, organizing transport, assistance with enroll in college, assistance  in information, etc.
Social Transition 2010 4LIFE Podgorica 12,980€ This project foresees treatment of addicts through group therapy program. The program will be conducted in the premises of Institution of Criminal Offence Commitment, with persons who are serving prison sentences, and before the arrival in the Institution were using drugs.
Social Transition 2010 Ray of Hope Pljevlja 15,000€ Establishing partnerships and cooperation with organization from Croatia (three-day study visit ) NGO will further pass their experience and improve quality of services for disabled children as well as working on better legislation model in regard to services. Organization will also apply  the work of school for everyday life activities in their premises.
Social Transition 2010 RETO center Podgorica 14,000€ The project involves the purchase of vehicle which would serve for conducting movement of furniture and other things of apartments, as well as collection of used things that people donate. The vehicle would have economic justification and  at the same time work therapy for addicts who are in Reto Center.
Citizen Action 2010 Path of Hope Podgorica 4,000€ Finding adequate accommodation for the homeless and the preparation of daily meals; distribution of meals to families who are socially disadvantaged.
Citizen Action 2010 Safe Women’s House Podgorica 3,000€  Improving social protection for women and children victims of violence in Montenegro
Social Transition 2010 Pedagogical Center of Montenegro Podgorica 6,535€ The program will include twenty families of children with special needs. After completing the program, parents will be trained and educated for the continuous assistance and support to their children, using Portage methods
Social Transition 2010 Paths Podgorica 12,126€ The Project includes development of social services for provision of services for parents of disabled children in the local community. The project involves Macedonia’s experience about housing with support services and its promotion in the frame of social care reforms in Montenegro.
Social Transition 2010 SOS helpline for women and children victims of violence Ulcinj 12,560€ Services for victims of domestic violence: legal assistance through counseling, writing complaints, appeals, etc.; daily support through open phone line, individual support to victims. Workshops for divorced women and single mothers, three-day training for institutions officials. Quarterly one-day cross-sectoral meetings. Informative / educational TV program on domestic violence. Collection and analysis of data on domestic violence
Social Transition 2010 Life Podgorica 12,200€ Organizing the educational camp and, through its work, empowerment of children without parental care to actively participate in decision-making processes on issues that are important to them, as well as formation of Youth Council and developing the necessary skills for those children.
Social Transition 2010 First Association of Parents of Children with Disabilites Podgorica 14,330€ Support to the work and services of a half-day care center for disabled children in Podgorica. Developing independence, socialization and socializing with peers, as well as strengthening the capacity of parents in their education in order to better engage in the process of realizing the rights of their children.
Social Transition 2010 New Chance in Novi Herceg Novi 14,925€ Purchase of technical and other equipment for work and professional training and employment of disabled people (such as system for digital printing, computer equipment and printing machine). Additional support secured from the Employment Agency, Ministry of Labor and Social Care, Municipality of Herceg Novi, and FOSI ROM office.
Social Transition 2010 Children First Podgorica 37,750€ Development and introduction of a new model of the work with children from families with multiple problems, through establishment of a Centre for work with children, as direct support to implementation of the National Strategy for Reform of Social and Child Protection in Montenegro 2008-2012. The Center is set-up in Herceg Novi, and the project is part of a 3-year regional program funded through Matra program.
Citizen Action 2010 Ecological Zminica Zabljak 3,000€ Revitalization of Zminicko lake shore that was partially destroyed due to removing mud. Revitalization consists of complete cleaning of the coastline from natural and human waste, arranging and clearing old trails around the lake, setting up wooden signaling …
Citizen Action 2010 ALFA Center Niksic 3,650€ Active participation of citizens along with local government authorities in order to bring better solutions to the citizens of Niksic on traffic regulations in Niksic, through round tables, public events and peformances, school competitions, etc. (continuation of a similar project supported earlier)
Citizen Action 2010 Eco Centre DELFIN Kotor 2,488€ The project promotes recycling and selective waste disposal, via educational workshops, awareness raising campaign, an exhibition of children’s art works, and clean-up actions, in close cooperation will all relevant stakeholders in the community.
Citizen Action 2010 Healthy School Cetinje Cetinje 4,000€ The project is focused on beautification and renovation of a public space: a school-yard shared by 3 high schools, and actively engages students, teachers, parents, citizens, and local government.
Citizen Action 2010 Punkt Podgorica 3,960€ PROJECT 7 + 7 aims to contribute to social inclusion of children with disabilities, as well as promotion of the principles of inclusive education in Montenegro.It foreees series of workshops in photography and civic education,and a high-profile exhibition of photographs, all for a group of 14 children: 7 with disabilities, and 7 without.
Citizen Action 2010 Non-formal group of citizens “Squirrel” – Kotor Kotor 4,000€  Aim of the project is promotion and improvement of conditions for recreation for people on the hill Vrmac, and quality of life of the citizens through concrete activities on the promotion, cleaning and marking of trails.
Citizen Action 2010 Akord Niksic 3,400€ Theatre play “Virus” is a story about a young rock fan infected with HIV and his loved ones, their reactions to his “tragic guilt” reaction driven by ignorance and  panic fear. At the same time, the play has an important educational compoment; it is jointly funded with Global Fund for HIV/AIDS (UNDP).
Citizen Action 2010 Non-formal group of citizens “Mediation” Ulcinj Ulcinj 3,057€  The project of education and training for peaceful conflict resolution (for the purposes of school mediation), targeting students and teachers of 2 schools in Ulcinj; it also envisions a theatre-play, to be performed in Albanian and Montenegrin.
Citizen Action 2010 Parent Council of Institute for education and vocational rehabilitation of disabled children and youth Podgorica 3,000€  The project creates space for disabled students to practice dancing, with a help of a professional dancers – in this way, this vulnerable group of young people gets a chance to express themselves in a ‘different’ way, to socialize, have fun, and spend time with their peers without disabilities from a high school in Podgorica, who will also participate in the project.
